This is how it feels some days in the testing space. We keep our heads up and prep our next sample, but it gets hard sometimes when we see the competition skirt rules, and do things "their way". We so look forward to the day the will set some standards for TY&M and Potency testing methodologies. We hope those methods are the ones that provide the greatest protections for the consumers.

While the continues to debate social consumption, the issue of consumer safety still hangs in limbo.

Parts of the CCC’s own testing guidance are described as “ ”, not enforceable standards. That leaves Massachusetts operators and consumers relying on voluntary compliance from labs and licensees.

Testing isn’t optional. Science isn’t optional. and are written clearly. depends on reliable, and transparent reporting.

Until is prioritized at the same level as innovation, the people of deserve to ask: who’s really the ?

ProVerde will continue doing what we’ve always done, adhering to validated methods, publishing real data, and holding testing to the standards it deserves.

We dropped this article 8 months ago. EIGHT....

That means at least 8 CCC meetings, 8 meetings of all the labs leaders within the state, 4 meetings between the 3 different CCC lab directors who have held the state position this year and the leadership of the labs...

At ProVerde we for all sorts of reasons, regulatory need, add-ons (terpenes), R&D (new products) etc... But we don't test like everyone, and everyone doesn't test like us. Every state doesn't test the same either, have the same requirements, or even the same limitations.

This is a great listen on radio about how this is complicating consumer education, consumption and use nationwide. It is only 16 minutes :)
