Making time for yourself…
This can be a challenging topic for many of us. I get it. I used to live at the bottom of my list of priorities.
It gets old though.
As we head into menopause, everything starts to change.
😟 Your weight goes up
😟 You can be a bit moody
😟 You don’t sleep well
😟 You have no energy or focus
😟 It hurts to move in the morning
And still you think you have “no time” to take care of yourself.

All of these things together will help you sleep better too.
