🌿Nature is not productive all year long. There are entire seasons dedicated to slowing down, shedding layers, going inwards, and replenishing resources.

🌿We don't judge the timing of nature. We honor it and intuitively understand that this is the nature of the Earth. Perhaps we can honor the seasons within us in the same way.

🌿Join us on Thanksgiving morning for a Gratitude Slow Flow as we turn inward and celebrate the end of one season and the beginning of the next. Let us take a moment on our mat and be grateful together.

❄️As the rush and excitement of the holiday season is upon us, remember that you can always return to your mat. Allow your practice to ground you. We often forget to take rest during the holidays. We forget to take time to turn inward and breathe.
