Community Impact Inc. | Embedded with Hopedale Police Department
Community Impact is seeking a Co-Response Clinician to join our team in partnership with the Hopedale Police Department This unique, impactful role embedds clinicians directly alongside law enforcement in Hopedale, Mendon, Upton and Bellingham to provide compassionate, trauma-informed crisis response to individuals experiencing mental health or emotional distress.
As a Co-Response Clinician, you will:
* Respond on scene with police officers to mental health–related calls
* Provide de-escalation, emotional support, and clinical assessment
* Assess mental status, social functioning, and level of risk to self or others
* Help connect individuals to appropriate supports and resources

This position is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about community-based crisis work, collaboration, and making a meaningful difference at critical moments.
