There is nothing more rewarding than hearing how our care has helped a patient get back to living their life to the fullest. 💙

Recently, a patient shared their experience working with Anna, one of our Physical Therapists here in the Rehoboth office who specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction. His kind words remind us why we do what we do every single day.

"About five years ago, a surgical procedure went wrong, which forever changed my life. My lumbar spine was injured, resulting in chronic pelvic pain, muscle guarding, and dysfunction. Prior to seeing Anna, I underwent over four years of pelvic floor physical therapy at two other clinics (not Platinum/Personal Best), but my symptoms rarely improved.

In just a few months working with Anna, I have learned how to calm down my nervous system and relax pelvic floor muscles, that had been in a constant state of guarding for several years. While I'm still working through symptoms, Anna has helped me gain the tools and progress needed, to keep my pain manageable and under control, for which I am truly grateful!"

Our dedication to providing sensitive, discrete, and effective treatment is a cornerstone of our practice. Whether it’s reducing chronic pain or restoring confidence, we are honored to be a part of your healing journey.

If you’ve been struggling in silence, please know that help is available and you aren't alone. 🌟

Today is World Down Syndrome Day! 🧦✨

We’re rocking our brightest, boldest socks to celebrate the beautiful diversity that makes our community whole. Why socks? Chromosomes are shaped like socks, and today (3/21) represents the three copies of the 21st chromosome that individuals with Down syndrome have.

This year, we want to give a special shout-out to Cote. He is a powerful force in our community—whether he’s volunteering his time or spreading joy with his infectious smile. Cote, thank you for teaching us so much about the true power of community and connection. You make us all better! 💙💛

Freezing temps and 30mph gusts couldn't keep James, Julianne, and Megan away from Gillette Stadium on Saturday! 🥶⚽️

They may have been chilly, but they weren't about to miss Boston Legacy FC’s historic home opener this past Saturday! There was so much energy at Gillette Stadium as the team officially brought pro women's soccer back to the region. Even with the biting wind and cold temps, being part of the record-breaking crowd of 30,207 fans was worth every shiver.

The match against Gotham FC was intense until the very end. While the result wasn't a win this time, the atmosphere was incredible. The "Legacy" has officially begun!

Breakfast with a side of inspiration! ☕️👟

Julianne, James, and Megan had fun at today’s MetroWest YMCA Marathon Breakfast.

It was an honor to be in the room as the community recognized the "Inspiring Faces" of the Boston Marathon and kicked off the Y's vital Annual Campaign. Congratulations to all the honorees, including marathon icon Bobbi Gibb and the Team Hoyt duo, whose dedication to the running community continues to motivate us all.

Huge thanks to the MetroWest Y for such a meaningful kickoff to marathon season!
