Center Rehab has moved! We're now located at 60 Commerce Park, which is the last building. This is a wonderful custom built space we have outfitted with the latest equipment. It is filled with sunlight and positive vibes for maximizing your recovery.

All of our fabulous PT's have come with us. We are also adding another PT shortly! More on that later.

After 26 years on Hill Street, it's time to move! Yes, Milford's favorite physical therapy center is STAYING in town. We are moving to 60 Commerce Park, right off Cherry Street near downtown.

Our new location opens Monday December 29th. More info to come, but for now, we have machines to move, therapy magic to pack and zooming to do so we're ready for you next week.

Our food bank donation box is overflowing with generous giving!! It's so exciting. We are accepting more non-perishable food until December 17th after which we will get the goodies to the food bank in Milford.

Thank you to everyone who has stopped by and to our patients! Anyone can drop by to our lobby to leave a donation between 7 AM and 6 PM during the week.
