WELCOME OUR NEW STAFF!

Dr. Blake Tobin is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and proud graduate of the College of Saint Mary. She has over a decade of experience and 15+ certifications, strength training, and performance optimization. Dr. Tobin specializes in helping patients recover, move better and achieve their physical goals through personalized, results-driven care.

Her passion for movement started early as a youth gymnast, where she developed a deep appreciation for the connection between strength, mobility, and performance. This foundation evolved into a decorated career in powerlifting, where Dr. Tobin became a 16-time world record holder and Connecticut’s all-time strongest powerlifter, pound-for-pound.

She now brings that same dedication and discipline to her physical therapy practice with Center Rehab, combining her background in elite athletics with evidence-based techniques to empower individuals at every stage of their journey. Dr. Tobin is a Milford resident.
