There is a quiet kind of strength many women carry that often goes unnoticed.

March is Women’s History Month, a time to recognize the strength and resilience of women across generations.

And also the women we are right now.

So many of the women I work with are carrying a lot.
There is a constant pull of responsibilities, expectations, and the quiet pressure to keep going.

And at some point, the nervous system needs a little room to slow down and come back into balance.

That is often where hypnosis comes in.

It is a natural state where your mind and body can start to feel more at ease.
A place your mind already knows how to access.

You do not have to push harder to create change.
In many cases, change begins when the mind and body are given permission to soften.

This month, and every month, I find myself appreciating the strength in women.
Not just in what they ​(we) manage and carry, but in who they ​(we) are underneath all of it.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed or stretched thin, you are not alone.

We are so used to being “on” that ​our nervous system rarely gets the deep rest it needs.

Last night’s Yoga Nidra session in the Himalayan salt room ​at Mind, Body & Soul of Milford offered that opportunity.

Yoga Nidra is a science based guided meditation that helps the body and mind settle into deep restorative relaxation.

Simply ​grab a blanket and get comfy in the zero gravity chair while being gently guided through the experience.

The micro particles of salt in the air are known to support respiratory wellness ​(and more) while creating a naturally soothing environment.

I am always grateful to share these peaceful evenings with ​the wonderful people that sign up month after month.

⏰ The time change today is a small reminder of how flexible the mind really is.
One moment it's one time, and suddenly it's another. And yet ​our mind adapts​.

If you feel a little off tonight, that's completely normal. A small shift in rhythm can take a moment for the nervous system to settle.

A few slow breaths, softening your shoulders, and giving yourself a moment to pause can make a difference​ even just for the moment.

And if your mind has been under a lot of pressure lately, hypnosis can help restore calm and clarity.
