🎄 A Holiday Message of Gratitude from Champions for Children’s Mental Health 🎄
As the holiday season is upon us, I want to take a moment, from my heart and on behalf of all of us at Champions, to speak directly to the families who make this work so meaningful.
To the families we are honored to serve today, to those who trusted us in the past, and to the families who may be quietly watching and wondering if it’s time to reach out, please know how deeply grateful I am for each and every one of you.
Thank you for trusting Champions for Children’s Mental Health with your family’s story, your challenges, and your hopes. Inviting support into your life takes courage and vulnerability, and it is a responsibility we never take lightly.
If you are a family who feels hesitant to reach out, I want you to hear this clearly: you are not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself. When and if you’re ready, we will be here, without judgment, with open arms, and with people who truly understand.
I also want to express my deepest gratitude to our incredible Family Support Providers. You give so much of yourselves every single day, your time, your empathy, your lived experience, and your hearts, to ensure families never have to walk their journey alone. The impact you make is felt more deeply than words can express.
This work exists because families matter.
Because lived experience matters.
And because no family should ever feel unseen or unsupported.
From my family to yours, thank you for being part of the Champions community. Wishing you peace, comfort, and moments of joy this holiday season. 💚
With gratitude,
Barbara Messick Broughton
