DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS-primary responsibility is to develop the skills of people with disabilities in a fun and interesting way to help our clients to meet their goals.
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES-responsible for maintaining all buildings and grounds, including KSI rental and offsite properties.
FINANCE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT-responsible for implementation and support of the agency’s Accounts Payable process; billing for community-based and in-house production services; maintaining various financial document files; and performing other duties in support of the fiscal department.
DRIVERS-providing transportation of KSI participants and operation of KSI vehicles in a safe, efficient, and timely manner at all times.

We had a special visit by staff and friends of Independent Resources, Inc., (IRI) who came to KSI to learn more about what we offer people with varied abilities. IRI is a nonprofit Center for Independent Living that provides quality services to people with disabilities, assisting them to achieve and to maintain an independent lifestyle. It offers classes, support groups, resources, and events to help individuals realize and gain their independence. IT WAS SMASHMOUTH DAY AT KSI
Staff was treated to a special lunch on KSI from SmashMouth Burgers. With lots of delicious specialty burgers to choose from, the lunch was indeed...a SMASH. It was just a little appreciation for all the hard work our Direct Support Professionals, Case Managers and Operations Management do each day to make good things happen in people's lives.
