Please do not hesitate to book, Iā€™m totally working, but things are unpredictable right now.
Iā€™m doing my very best to make sure all my wonderful clients are taken care of through this & hereā€™s how you can help:

ā€¢If you see a text from me, please get back to me as soon as you can. If Iā€™m reaching out to reschedule and donā€™t hear back in a reasonable amount of time (please donā€™t wait over 24 hours I know life is busy butā€¦), Iā€™ll cancel your appointment & send you some reschedule options.
ā€¢If you need to change your appointment lmk at least 48 hours in advance so we can get you the best fit possible for reschedule. My book is pretty tight right now.
ā€¢Understand that these last minute changes arenā€™t intentional. I will give you as much notice as I possibly can šŸ©·

As I said Iā€™m trying to not have this happen, and Iā€™m pretty good at making everything work but things are too unpredictable for much planning.

I have always offered a 15 minute window of grace for tardiness but itā€™s impossible for me to make up 15 minutes.
At 10 minutes past your booked time, you will be sent a text to reschedule.
If your appointment is at noon, Iā€™m typing up the text at 12:08 and sending at 12:10.
I totally understand that life happens, work runs late, sitter is late, the line at the store was slow affffff šŸ¤£
I get it!
Send me a text when you KNOW youā€™re going to be late & if I have the wiggle room I will still get you in. But if I donā€™t hear anything from you, Iā€™ll auto cancel at 10 minutes.

PS- late cancellation/no show fee is 50% of your scheduled appointment. At 10 minutes late, this is considered a late cancel/no show.

I am generous enough to offer one free pass to every client. Your second time will be followed by a Venmo invoice that must be paid before rescheduling.
