I am a graduate from the highly accredited Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience. I strongly believe Massage Therapy is able to balance the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. My style is a reflection of each individuals' needs, whether a client is looking to 'relax and de-stress' or in need of pain relief. I do not 'fix' people, but more importantly, I work in partnership with my clients to achieve better health.
