We will be working through the different phases the transit will bring June to Sept and tapping into our LOVE so we are able snuggle into all the beautiful things Venus has to offer.

Each month we will have a different topic that will follow up from the previous month to create a flow. Late September and into October should allow you to blossom into a heart centered self loving space that will leave you open to receive all that is pure and meant for you.

Our journey will begin promptly at 7:15. Please come a bit early and be prepared with a Journal, an item found in nature that feels close to you or intrigues you. This could be a flower, leaf, dirt, rock, stick etc. you’re also welcome to bring a yoga mat, blanket and bottle of water. we will be going into a long heart opening meditation on the floor and taking in ancient energies of the cacao plant.

Wednesday night brings a new moon and a rare solar eclipse. The energy that is coming in over the next few weeks is about practical problem-solving. What is not working and what is the most practical way to let it go. This is the last page of a new chapter that is starting in your life , how would you like it to be written? Your new story will play a significant role over the next two years and create a very pivotal shift that will form your future, consider breaking away old structures, old conditions, things that no longer serve you and use it to your advantage over the next six months.

Why do I always seem to move in and out of trauma states in my life. When do I catch a break?🥲🤷‍♀️

Why do we start a new year, with promises to improve?
Who began this tradition of never-ending pressure?
I say, the end of a year, should be filled with congratulation, for all we survived.
And I say a new year should start with promises to be kinder to ourselves, to understand better just how much we bear, as humans on this exhausting treadmill of life.

And if we are to promise more, let’s pledge to rest, before our bodies force us.
Let’s pledge to stop, and drink in life as it happens.
Let’s pledge to strip away a layer of perfection to reveal the flawed and wondrous humanity we truly are inside.

Why start another year, gifted to us on this earth, with demands on our already over-strained humanity.
When we could be learning to accept, that we were always supposed to be imperfect.
And that is where the beauty lives, actually.
And if we can only find that beauty, we would also find peace.

I wish you peace in 2023.
Everything else is all just a part of it.
Let it be so.
