With the new semester coming soon it is great to start practicing new mental ways to help you cope with the stressors of the school year! Here are a few ways to help: practice self-care and self-compassion, connect with peers, find ways to relax your mind and body, create a structure for your day and follow it & allow yourself to take breaks when you need it.
