Join us for some amazing workouts !!

I have had several clients tell me that they just can't get fitness back into their routines. Guess what? I have had the same struggle! We are not getting any younger BUT there is plenty of room to get stronger and more stable!

Your fitness instructor Carrie Reed will teach:

Mondays at 5:00 PM
Thursdays at 7:30 AM
and/or
Saturdays at 9:30 AM

Only room for 5 participants each class so you must PRE-Register!

The routines will educate you and elevate you. You will get "Tough Love" from Carrie while smiling and sweating!

Class is 60 minutes and the cost is $250 for a class card of 8 sessions
(Or a drop in fee of $35 per class)
Each participant must have a general familiarity with fitness.

I am available for anyone to do a private assessment class prior if desired. ($90/hr)
