Yoga Teacher in Training Tara presents a free Community Class Saturday April 19th from 10-11 at The Yoga Studio at Jen Murphy Fitness, Milford PA. Donations received will benefit Choosing Integrity, a wonderful nonprofit which helps prevent recidivism.
Practice with Tara and enjoy a lovely balanced practice which she created.
