As most of you know, I have been a massage therapist for almost 40 years. I can honestly say, my talent and gift is from God and for each of my clients, I gave my all. I care deeply for all that have come to me for relief. While I have been in natural health for all that time, over the years my studies have gone deeper into simple and natural remedies and I became an herbalist. Please stay tuned as my company, White Horse Therapeutics, transitions into supplying herbal remedies to my community. One of the classes I've taught has been on wheat and other grains of the world. There is nothing wrong with wheat in its whole original form, and it is actually quite necessary and full of nutrition. Having said that, most, if not all, bread on the shelves fall into a sad category as foods we should not eat. I will follow up with recipes using the whole grain and good books for resources.
