I’m a birth and postpartum doula with a heart for supporting families during one of the most transformative seasons of life. I love nourishing my clients (and my own family!) with home-cooked meals, because care goes beyond the birth room.

Before stepping into this work, I spent 8 years in the Army Reserves and 8 years in law enforcement—experiences that shaped my calm presence, advocacy skills, and deep respect for service.

Most importantly, I’m the proud mama of one beautiful baby boy, who inspires me every single day. 💙
