SEM Terrace is hiring! LIVE-IN RESIDENT MANAGER. Retirement community in Milford, OH is seeking a live-in manager to be on duty on the premises every other week when the office is closed. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering the phone for emergency calls from our residents and securing the building each night. Your pay consists of rent-free use of a 2-room apartment, meals, and utilities. This is a great opportunity for a person seeking part-time employment.
