We're Hiring! FULL Time Facility Maintenance at SEM Terrace
**Benefit Program including paid vacation, 11 paid Holidays, sick pay + more!**

SEM Terrace, a warm and welcoming independent senior living community in Milford, OH, is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Professional to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
• General facility maintenance & repairs
• Basic plumbing & painting
• Light landscaping (a plus!)
• Support the comfort & safety of our wonderful residents

• Are handy with tools and practical problem-solving
• Communicate clearly and kindly
• Enjoy working around active, independent seniors
• Can pass a background check with confidence
