Our services are designed to assist individuals in acquiring, retaining and improving the self-help, health, socialization and adaptive skills necessary to reside in their Hawaii nursing homes as well as community-based settings. Our team is composed of qualified professionals with extensive experiences in social services, health, case management, Hawaii nursing homes & hospitals. We have been serving the island of O’ahu since 2001, and the services we provide continues to exceed our clients’ expectations.
