We’re excited to kickstart your day with a new early morning class starting on June 30, 2025! Starting next week, our 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM slot will feature Hatha Yoga, replacing the previous Power class. 🧘‍♀️✨

If you’ve been looking for a more grounding and mindful way to begin your day, this class is for you! Perfect for all levels, Hatha Yoga will focus on gentle stretching, breathing, and alignment, helping you center yourself before you take on the world. 🌞

Mark your calendars and set your alarms for Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Bellevue Studio! We can’t wait to flow with you at sunrise. 🌅

Hot Yin – Tuesdays, 7:30–8:30 PM at Mill Creek Studio: Our brand-new heated Yin class to help you unwind and stretch out your day as the sun sets. ✨

Power – now on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:45 AM at Bellevue Studio: Rise and shine with a fiery express flow to kickstart your morning. 🔥
