I had such a great experience at this chiropractic office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The chiropractor took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed.

After just a few sessions, I noticed a big difference in my pain and mobility. The treatment plan was tailored to my needs, and I never felt rushed or like just another patient. The office is also super clean and calming, which made the whole experience even better.

If you’re looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about your well-being, I highly recommend this place. They go above and beyond!

For baseball players, softball players, golfers, basketball players, and tennis players, limited neck mobility can hinder your game - take a look.

The Neck Is The Hidden Culprit?

88 professional pitchers were evaluated during spring training for neck range of motion, then tracked over a full season. Researchers wanted to know: can limited neck mobility predict arm injuries? The answer was a loud yes—specifically in rotation.

📈 Key Findings

✅ Every 1° increase in asymmetry between dominant and non-dominant neck rotation increased injury risk 4x.

✅ Injured pitchers had a -5° difference in neck rotation vs -1° in uninjured pitchers.

✅ Dominant-side rotation averaged 74° in injured vs 78° in uninjured pitchers.

✅ The cervical flexion-rotation test (CFRT) showed no predictive value.

✅ Neither lateral flexion nor flexion/extension range of motion were associated with injury.

✅ Arm injury prevalence was 23%, with a combined rate of 1.3 per 1000 exposure days.

✅ Shoulder IR was slightly lower in injured pitchers—but neck asymmetry was the clearest prognostic factor.

Synapsis

We talk a lot about shoulder IR deficits, elbow
torque, pitch counts, and even hip mobility—but we rarely look up. This study makes it clear: if a pitcher’s neck can’t rotate equally, it may throw off gaze control, timing, and trunk sequencing, leading to compensations elsewhere.
