Everything we do is with your experience in mind, and that includes making it easier to find us.

After a recent (and very appreciated) uptick in business, we realized managing two locations was creating confusion for some clients. We heard your feedback, and we’re happy to share that we’ve officially closed our downtown office and moved fully into Advanced Family Chiropractic with two rooms:

While we’re so excited to be working from one space with more clarity, saying goodbye to our downtown office is bittersweet. That space was our first big leap, the place where Silver Bullet Wellness began. We’ll always be proud of what we built there and grateful for every moment spent growing with this community.

What products are we using in our facial services?

I’m so glad you asked 😉. We are using Emerge Botanicals!

Emerge Botanicals is a small batch skincare line made by me and my family right up the road in Wellsboro, PA. My family has been operating and offering these products for several years now in the Wellsboro area. As I launch facials here in our community, it feels like such a full circle moment.

Every product is made with love, formulated by a chemist (my godmother) herbalist (my mom!), and now used by another esthetician (me!).

Emerge botanicals has products for dry, sensitive, aging, and acne prone skin types. Because they’re made in small batches, we are able to skip the unnecessary fillers found in many big brand products- just pure, effective ingredients.

I can’t wait for you to experience them on your own skin. 😃

If you guessed facials as our newest service offering, you are correct!

Our Mill Hall location is officially a licensed esthetics salon. Our new offerings are a 60-minute, 75-minute or 90-minute facial.

Each facial includes a skin consultation, double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions as needed, facial massage, steam, and a hydrating mask.

Silver Bullet Wellness LLC turns TWO today! 🎂🥳 I'd like to tell you a little birthday story:

In early 2023, as we were setting up SBW (i.e. building our website, writing a business plan and policies), I was also secretly scheming to propose to Sophia. Actually everybody knew except Sophia--her parents, my parents, siblings, and many of my friends knew.

I was so stressed and excited, I could've exploded.

I had the ring custom made in Ireland and ordered it months in advance, hoping to propose around Valentine's Day. It got waylaid in production, and did not arrive on time. When it did arrive, there was a hassle with FedEx and Sophia came *this* close to catching me...

My first attempt at proposing, Sophie cancelled our date at the last moment. It was for something silly and work-related, but I got inordinately mad, which made her confused. Then I thought "sh*t!", and pulled myself together, not wanting to give myself away. But gawddam, if that ring wasn't burning a hole in my pocket! 🔥

The day of our raincheck, February 28th, I had the ring hidden in a pack of gum. It was one of those fabulously warm winter days. A few hours before Sophia got off work, the mail came... and in it was a letter from the government welcoming the formation of our business and assigning an EIN number. Silver Bullet Wellness LLC was an official business.

Now I had TWO things burning a hole in my pocket!

That day, driving around listening to "Kilby Girl, trying to stay calm, I was on top of the world. The LLC letter and the engagement ring represented stepping into a big future, with a horizon that I can't see over. I felt ready, I felt scared, I felt big, I felt small--I felt like an explorer about to untie the boat.

And, well, you know the rest. 😘

These two years working together have been absolutely incredible. Hard at times, aggravating at others. There were definitely a few times when we counted pennies on the living room floor. AND, much more that, there have been SO MANY smiling faces, new friends, new clients, and amazing opportunities. We grew from massaging out of the back of our car to having not one, but two studios. We've been at dozens of events. And so many days, we come home tired but happy--thrilled to be doing what we love, on our own time, on our own terms, together.

So if you see Sophie today, make sure you wish her a happy engagement anniversary! 🌷 And raise a glass (of water) to Silver Bullet Wellness's 2nd birthday! 🥂💫
