Chappell Physical Therapy proudly provides Mill Hall, PA and the surrounding areas with comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services. Established in the fall of 2016, it is locally owned and independently operated by Erica Chappell. We are passionate about providing quality care to our patients. Our goal is to expedite the rehabilitation process to allow people to return to sport, recreation, work, and life as soon as possible. You will work one on one with licensed physical therapist, Erica Chappell, who takes an innovated and comprehensive approach to your physical therapy needs. Her objective is to maximize your functional gains in the shortest period of time. Erica's approach is biased toward's patient education, the utilization of specialized hands-on techniques and a customized home exercise program to promote long term success and prevention of re-injury after the rehabilitation treatment process. We look forward to providing the quality physical therapy you deserve and helping you to achieve your goals! We accept most insurance plans and are willing to call your insurance to verify your benefits. We welcome you to our facility for a tour and to meet our staff. MEET THE STAFF:

Erica Chappell, Physical Therapist

Erica received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science from Lock Haven University. She went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy Degree at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA. After receiving her PT degree, Erica returned home to PA where she has been practicing physical therapy in the Lock Haven area for the last 10+ years. In the fall of 2016, she opened Chappell Physical Therapy. She utilizes a hands on approach to treatment that includes manual therapy, joint and soft tissue mobilization, muscle energy techniques, and trigger point release. She strives to provide compassionate, one on one care to her patients and understands that patient education is an important component for a successful rehabilitation program. Outside of the clinic, Erica enjoys raising Red Angus cattle with her husband, Dan, on their near-by farm. She also enjoys horseback riding, archery hunting, kayaking, mountain biking, fly fishing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Megan Cummings, PT Aide

Megan is a 2009 graduate of Newport Business Institute. She has been with Chappell Physical Therapy since we opened our doors in the fall of 2016. She is a jack of all trades and does it all around here! She will be the person that greets you with a smile, helps to schedule your appointments, explains your insurance benefits, answers all questions related to billing and helps to keep things running in the physical therapy room by acting as an aide. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Jared, and her step-son, Talan, taking care of her small farm where she has two horses, two dogs, and three cats. Debbie Laslo, Physical Therapy Assistant

Debbie is a graduate from Lock Haven University with a BS in Recreation, emphasis on fitness management. She went on to Penn State, Mont Alto where she graduated in 1993 from the Physical Therapy Assistant Program. She is a licensed PT assistant with indirect supervision.

She has 25 years working in various settings consisting of inpatient rehab, acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and outpatient physical therapy. After all these years, she still loves helping people improve their quality of life with physical therapy care.
