Famous Face Friday spotlight: Bryan Kills Crow, who helped start the Grand Rapids, Michigan, World AIDS Day celebration. He has now become an HIV educator, after facing his own stigma in the Native American community, to spread facts and awareness of HIV and how it is treatable today!

When he came out about being poz the news went viral in the Native community, leaving him wondering what the hell he’d just done.
