Jeremy Falk is an RYT-500HR and NASM CPT who has been teaching movement for over a decade. A California native, fitness became a way to overcome his childhood asthma, and he has been passionate about inspiring others to thrive ever since. In 2012, Jeremy sought to expand his personal training practice when he embarked on his dream backpacking trip to study holistic healing throughout the East. Ultimately it was the 5 months he spent living in India that was the most impactful, where he completed his foundational teacher training at The Association of Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh. Jeremy has called San Francisco home for the last four years, where he has been grateful to study with Stephanie Snyder, Janet Stone, has completed his advanced 300-hour training with Jason Crandell, and has been honored as a Lululemon and Fitbit Local Ambassador. His classes are grounded and challenging, with a balance of discipline and playfulness. He loves to teach in a curriculum format where students focus on learning specific focal points for weeks at a time and encourages his students to stay connected to the heart of a lifelong practice. Jeremy teachers at studios and offices around the city, is an inspired speaker and M.C., and is available for corporate events, private lessons, workshops, and festivals.

In a world where our challenges can feel so immense, we must remember that so is our capacity to see clearly, act wisely, and lead from our heart.

My mission is help learners learn, teachers teach, and people connect through transformational experiences that advance conscious leadership and heart-centered human development.

Designing my 200-hour yoga teacher training is one of those moments that makes me feel like everything was leading up to this.

This isn’t just for aspiring teachers. It’s a return to the heart, where ancient wisdom meets cutting-edge somatic science to enhance embodied resilience. It is designed to support clarity, connection, and courageous action in a world that deeply needs it.

Explore the poses and beyond to learn:

🕉️ How to apply ancient wisdom in the modern world from a third-generation Mumbaikar yogi whose grandparents read her the sacred texts as bedtime stories

🎵 The power of energy from a guide who healed his own paraplegia through vibration and devotion

🧠Somatic science for nervous system regulation and quantum energetics from a Reiki Master

💫 New paradigms of movement from a teacher so ahead of the curve that studios say “students aren’t ready for this.”

But I think you are.

Join us for The Temple of the Heart — 11 transformative weekends at in Mill Valley with two mini retreats at a beautiful property in Bolinas, CA this Fall from September 6th through November 16th.

🧠 Proud of our latest milestones with the foundation, where I’ve been co-creating and codifying an innovative partner wellness practice by integrating behavioral and neuroscience principles with instructional design.

📖 Behind the scenes, I scripted two structured, scalable learning experiences: A 77-video digital course and a comprehensive 100-page teacher training manual in collaboration with creative, product, and marketing teams — shout out to for how masterfully she transforms content into multi-modal artistry.

🎯 Then came the fun part — bringing it to life as head facilitator for our first 5-day teacher training intensive, graduating 17 incredible new teachers.

🪄 It’s been a magical blend of what I love to do: helping teachers teach, learners learn, and people connect. I’m excited about the parallel modalities we’re building next to help foster a closer, more vital world.

🎙️ In this episode of the podcast, we had a great conversation about collaboration, communication, safety, trust, somatics, and the importance of IRL human connection with MD, PhD of . Link in Bio — Check it out!

🔓New Certification Unlocked 🚀

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve officially earned the Workshopper Master Certification from AJ&Smart!🏅

This training has sharpened my skills in facilitating high-impact workshops that turn collaboration chaos in collaboration calm, synergizing uniquely with my work in leadership, embodiment, and transformational learning experiences.

As someone who has led countless retreats, corporate wellness initiatives, and coached men’s leadership circles, I understand change happens when you meet people where they are — mentally, emotionally, and physically — because facilitators aren’t just guiding brains in the room; they’re guiding nervous systems, too. 💛 🧠 ✨

🪄Ideation workshops
🪄Problem-solving workshops
🪄Retroactive workshops
🪄Design Sprints

In my 20s, everyone always said, “Go travel the world while you’re young and free.” So I did.

My adventure was part wanderlust and part wellness; I backpacked through Europe and Asia for a year, partying across the hostel scene (obviously) and studying different healing modalities. The nearly six months I lived in India were the most transformative.

My teacher training was the first time I had a consistent yoga practice: waking up at 5 a.m. for breathwork and meditation before rigorous asana and philosophy every day for a month at an ashram on the Ganga River.

I was the most grounded I’ve ever felt, yet I was floating in the air. Little did I know that this combination of gravitas and levity would distinguish how I teach and facilitate years later.

Today’s yoga may look very different from its origins, but its aims and aspirations transcend contemporary movement styles.

It’s learning to navigate discomfort with greater ease. It’s turning the lens inward before we turn it outward. It’s a catharsis that leads to clarity and an invitation to a greater purpose. It’s fu***ng up again and again and again still being able to start over with a peaceful sincerity in the heart. It’s knowing how to let go.

At least, that’s the idea. What do you say, shall we?

I don’t know who needs to hear this but — I get pretty frustrated and angry, often. Sometimes it’s the big stuff, but often, it’s just the little stuff, too.

It’s an inescapable part of life.

I mean, maybe you can escape it if you really reach enlightenment, but I’ll be honest, I’ve never seen anyone do it. It’s a nice idea but I don’t teach it. And I’m sure far from it.

What I teach — embodiment, breath, transformation. It’s not with a promise of everlasting peace. They’re tools for waking up in the moments that we shut down. Like when I yelled at spilled coffee beans this week.

For me, it’s the noticing, the awareness, and the recentering that are the primary muscles we strengthen in these practices.

When I feel my nervous system clenched, I relax my belly. When I feel my breath short, I adjust my posture.

It’s strengthening these agents of shift, that allow me to go from stewing in my own foibles and problems, to being utterly grounded, present, and centered for rooms full of people in a matter of seconds.

Breathing deeply, and coming back to the heart.
Again, and again, and again.

That’s the practice—

—that, and this little patch of inspiration from , because, if you want to reach enlightenment, you first have to lighten up.

If you’re alive on the planet long enough, you’ll quickly realize you’re not in control of everything around you.

You’re only really in control of how you respond and show up.

Life will always find ways to knock you off balance.

Thankfully, there are many practices and wisdom teachings that help us stay balanced and centered through life.

At its core, yoga is a set of principles and philosophies aimed at easing our suffering, reducing our stress, quieting our mind, and connecting us to our heart no matter what is happening around us.

It’s a worldview and a liberation teaching. Once your eyes are opened to what’s beyond the poses, you’ll never see the practice the same again.

🙏🏼The Fall Teacher Training at .sf begins September 8th and there are just a few days left to register.

🙌🏽Join us for 200 hours of study and community around one of the most potent disciplines and traditions alive on the planet.

✨Awaken the teacher within you — however you use it, it will be transformative.

One of the most transformative portals I’ve ever stepped through was my 200 hour yoga teacher training, ten years ago in Rishikesh, India on the banks of the holy Ganga River at the Association of Yoga and Meditation led by Guru Yogi Mahesh.

It was the first time I had committed to a consistent and dedicated practice that was well rounded with pranayama, philosophy, meditation, asana, mantra, and so much more.

I remember feeling the most grounded I had ever been, while simultaneously feeling like I was levitating and floating off the ground. My mind was blown open with the depth of insight and perspective the ancients had cultivated around our consciousness and reality.

Embodying the purest sense of calm contentment, I remember the moment I knew I had to share these practices with the wildly stressed out westerners back home.

Flash forward a decade later, I’m so honored to be co-leading teacher trainings and helping a new generation to carry this transformative practice forward.

🎯The 200 Hour Fall/Winter Teacher Training at .sf begins in September over weekend modules and you can still enjoy early bird pricing through July 31st!

It’s really a life training and self discovery disguised as a yoga immersion, and you’ll likely never be the same😉

I’d love for you to join and myself on this potent journey.

Feel free to DM me or follow the link in my bio for a free discovery call to see if it’s right for you.

What is a men’s circle? We get asked this a lot.

It can be a chance to step away from the rampant hyper competitive individualism that is, let’s be honest, utterly fu***ng exhausting.

It can be a chance to remember you’re not alone and that most other guys are holding a lot right of stress and tension, too.

It can be a chance to remember that not every male interaction has to feel like it’s a one up.

It can be a chance to remember we evolve at a remarkable pace when we make time to listen, learn and grow with each other.

It can be a chance to connect in community for the simple joy of finding cool brothers to do epic s**t with.

It can be a lot of things, and like most things, it will also be what you put into it.
🔥The Brothership meets tonight, July 12th!

Every 2nd Wednesday — 8pm at .
Tag a brother and join us. We’re in it together.

So much modern programming is taking us in a superficial direction.

As an experience facilitator it’s my privilege to guide us back into the depth of own hearts and minds.

To access and unleash creativity, compassion, resilience, strength, focus, wisdom, and purpose.

To do what humans will always do better than machines.

There’s no replacement for expertly guided in-person experiences, workshops, or retreats to examine, refine, and optimize our relationship with life and each other.

A great facilitator is not a magician.

We’re a guide to help remember the magic was inside all along, just beyond the superficial.

P.S. I can’t wait to share with you the next retreat we’re creating to awaken our most inspired aliveness. Stay tuned. It’s like nothing we’ve ever done before.. ✨

The Story

JEREMY is an E-RYT 600 who teaches a powerful bhakti (devotional) vinyasa that combines intelligent sequencing and practical philosophy with humor and heart. His classes are perfect for embodied, soulful, and spiritual creatives as they offer the best parts of working out and going to church! Yogis who look forward to deepening their practice will love Jeremy's physically challenging and meditative approach, which is grounded in ancient wisdom and evolved with a playful spirit.

Jeremy reminds us that we show up on the mat not just for ourselves but for our community too, as a dynamic asana practice helps to keep us fit for service late into our years - that's the gift! In his classes you can expect to sweat, chant, test your edge, and have plenty of space for breathwork, meditation, and doing your own thing. His accessible style is sure to make anyone feel at home on their mat. Jeremy is in deep gratitude to his teachers Jason Crandell, Stephanie Snyder, Janet Stone, Shems Heartwell, and the Association for Yoga and Meditation in Rishikesh, India.

His grounded and approachable style has earned him the title of Ambassador for companies like Lululemon, Fitbit, and most recently Yoga Journal, where he was fortunate to travel the US + London documenting yoga's impact in the west on the Live Be Yoga Tour.

In the last few years he has developed a passion in men's work, constantly meeting his own edges. He has led men’s circles, workshops, and co-facilitated men's retreats focused on awakening the evolved masculine, alongside his mentor Shems Heartwell. He also loves working as an enthusiastic and embodied M.C., inviting people into deeper connection with one another. He is living his most inspired life helping others to FEEL FULLY ALIVE!
