Here’s what you should know:
❌ Sticky, chewy, or hard sweets are candies that damage braces
✅ Soft, non-sticky sweets like chocolate are safe and braces-friendly Halloween candy
🦷 Sticky candies get trapped around wires and are tough to clean.
😬 Sour candies are harsh on enamel and not worth the risk.

Pro tip: If you have aligners, remove them before eating. Clean well before putting them back.

Struggling with flossing braces? You’re not alone! 😅 The easiest way is to:

1️⃣ Cut about 18cm of floss.
2️⃣ Carefully thread it between your braces wire and teeth.
3️⃣ Wrap the ends around your fingers for better control.
4️⃣ Gently move the floss in a ‘C’ shape to clean each tooth.
5️⃣ Repeat until your whole mouth feels fresh!
