Jessica is a licensed massage therapist with 17 years of experience practicing bodywork and Holistic health. Her massage style is therapeutic while continuing to be relaxing. She provides a customized treatment plan for each client and uses a combination of massage techniques to provide the most effective therapy needed to accomplish your goals.

Her training includes Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping therapy, Prenatal massage and Sports massage. Jessica trained at Cortiva Institute Somerset School of Massage Therapy in Piscataway, NJ. She has advanced training in cupping therapy and certification through the International Cupping Therapy Association (ICA) and health coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in NYC.

Jessica takes pride in her massage work in each session creating a comforting massage experience. Today is world Menopause Day ladies, and we see you! As women we probably don't talk about this enough but the perimenopause/ menopause stage often times ends up being a very overwhelming and emotional time in our womanhood. Either we feel very uninformed on the topic or we underrate how badly the symptoms can impact/ interrupt our day-to-day lives. 😭

Chinese medicine sees perimenopause and menopause as a time of transitioning to greater wisdom. We are so excited to have Maria join our team! She's bringing with her a ton of experience, passion, and joy!

Dr. Maria Phillips, DAOM, LAc is a seasoned health care practitioner with over 20 years of experience dedicated to health, wellness, and the transformation of mind, body, and spirit. She achieved her Masters of Science and Oriental Medicine from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in 2004 and her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2010 from the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, where she focused on Pain Management and Women’s Health. Maria is certified to support cancer patients from the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She is also a Reiki master and seasoned in Cranial Sacral Therapy.
