Our Story

So i Heard Music opened in July of 2013, and the Music Therapy program launched in 2014 and has been growing ever since! Our team, led by Program Director Brooke Slemmer, MM, MT-BC, consists of five skilled Music Therapists with varying backgrounds and musical and therapeutic styles. Our therapists have helped people of all ages to improve their speech, motor skills, behavior, social skills, and cognitive development! We provide music therapy, adapted music lessons for individuals with special needs, and custom programs for schools and other facilities.
