The Idealization of Having a Boy 👦

A woman attended a Family Constellation session to explore why, over the years, she developed breast and uterine conditions. She never enjoyed in*******se and, despite having children, never felt like a mother.

The session revealed that her parents had always wanted a boy. In fact, her mother often said, Why did you choose to be a girl? Women suffer. I wanted you to be a boy.

The contradiction between her parents' desires and her own biology weighed her down. She couldn’t live fully.

Mommy I'm scared

My daughter advanced to a new level in gymnastics three weeks ago, and since then, she has been experiencing fear toward her new coach.

She says the coach is not nice, is too strict, and doesn’t smile.
It seems she’s focusing on the negative aspects of the coach because of her current state of mind.

Yesterday, I facilitated a Family Constellations exercise for my daughter (I opened the field) using peg dolls to explore the unconscious dynamics between her and her new gymnastics coach.

She placed her peg doll as far as possible from the coach’s doll on the table, without knowing what they represented.
Her doll was also facing away from the coach’s, which gave me significant insight into her feelings of fear and disconnection.

Additionally, I sensed that the coach may represent a strict mother archetype for her, possibly connecting to unresolved issues or abuse in the coach’s maternal lineage.

The placement of the peg dolls—my daughter’s doll as far as possible from the coach’s and facing away—vividly reflects her fear and disconnection, suggesting an intuitive rejection or avoidance of the coach’s energy.

We did healing statements and hopefully this will help her to SEE her coach and viceversa.
