Do you know how much I love chocolate chip cookies? Well you are about to 😂. First time working in an office. I have worked in hospitals, wellness centers, schools, universities, never anywhere that had a cute little kitchen center. For all of my clients who have told me how tough working in an office is and I didn’t get it I now have empathy. In their defense I walked into this office last year and this is the first time I have ever seen baked goods. 😂

Clients always ask me why I never sweat in sessions or classes. It isn’t my workout I tell them. As soon as I feel my heart rate go up, my face get warm, I stop. I pause. I want to stay focused on YOU. Yes I can do a lot before I get to this point and I get it, why do I make it look so easy…when I finally get my time, I push. I get to that next level so that I am spent and gurl trust me I sweat.

The trick to speed jump roping is to barely lift your feet when the rope comes under. Years of boxing taught me a lot of tricks. Such a great cardio tool to use in between sets and if you aren’t slamming your feet it can be low impact.
