Hey friends and students! As of today we are pausing all public group classes for the foreseeable future, until the local Covid-19 numbers are back down to a manageable place as we do not want to be contributors to the overwhelm at local hospitals. We are STILL OPEN for private sessions, including traditional Thai massage or table massage/deep tissue with Kimberly Preston, as well as private yoga with your favorite teachers.

We are still requiring all folks in the door to show proof of vaccination and strongly encouraging masking regardless of vaccination status.

If you are a current class pass holder we will be extending your expiration dates and/or offering refunds. Hopefully this is very temporary!

Let's all do our part to end this pandemic and we look forward to a time when we can safely gather in groups again
