What is this technique?
This massage technique is new to Salt Lake City! The Hendrickson Method taught internationally since 1980's can correct old patterns of dysfunction and alleviate pain with normalizing tissue alignment with joint balance and neuromuscular repatterning. Long enough has our healing become violent.
For 7 years I specialized in Deep Tissue and Thai Yoga Massage, both give a sense that the hurt is what is effective. Which is simple way of thinking and not medical reality. Pain is a signal to our body of something wrong.
Every signal means something is active. My goal is to alleviate painful signals by connecting the nervous system response, joint position, and muscle torsion to a functional place... giving the body a peaceful landscape.
