Avacado salad... spring greens, white corn tortilla chips, hrape tomatoes, avacado, swiss cheese, almonds, freeze dried red onions & cilantro, chili powder, peppercorn season, poppyseed dressing... something delicious in every bite.

Slowly getting back to it... Garlic butter mushroom mozzarella melt, with yellow squash, grape tomatoes, & pine nuts... not bad for my first attempt, sans recipe. It'll be better next time😃 Who else wants in on the last minute invite list? I love to cook, & I REALLY love to cook for people I love.

Remember how yummy Cafe Madrid was? So.... I could only eat half of my steak sammich the other day.

Tonight.... cooked up some rotini with a touch of salt & EVOO..... Sauteed some pine nuts in butter, ELOO, pinch of garlic, pepper, cherry tomatoes, sprinkle of parsley, appropriated sauced-up steak nuggets & onions from sammich, & a splash of balsamic, until crisp glaze coated the steak bits.... poured it all over the rotini... O. M. G. Freakin easy & freakin delicious!!

caveat: poke holes in the cherry tomatoes with a fork before sautee, or they WILL explode🍒🍅💣
