Dear Patients:
This is to let you know that I will be retiring in the spring, and moving on to the next phase.
My plans are to close the doors on April 28, 2022. This means that I will stop doing surgical procedures by mid-March, so that I have time to provide post-operative care. We will be doing non-operative procedures, such as injectables and maybe small office procedures, until April.
As part of the wind-down process, I am no longer accepting insurance and new patient appointments are limited as my surgery schedule is nearly full. After 11 years, I had my final Moab clinic in December.
I have been in practice now since 1989, all of it in Salt Lake City and Moab. It has been a real pleasure to be a plastic surgeon and an honor that you have chosen me to be yours. Thank you.
But it is time to move on and find out what’s next. I will miss my interactions with you and wish you well.
