Hey everyone! Just checking in since I haven’t posted for a while.

⭐️ Am I open? ⭐️ Yes! I have been since August 2020. Had that short shut down and opened quickly after. However, I’m in a new location. Miss my old space and my co-workers, but happy to be where I am. ❤️

⭐️ What hours do I have? ⭐️ Normally Tues-Thurs 8:30-5, Friday and Saturday 8:30-1:30. Can’t find a time or need something else? Text me!

⭐️ What have I been up to? ⭐️ Besides helping people with pain management, stress reduction, and living a better version of themselves, I’ve been taking a lot of classes. I love learning!
