🥵 Watch for signs of heat exhaustion:

Dizziness or lightheadedness
Excessive sweating
Muscle cramps
Nausea or headache

😎 How to stay safe:

Drink water before you’re thirsty
Take breaks in the shade or AC
Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing
Avoid outdoor activity during peak hours (11AM–4PM)
