Kim Byrd has been an employee at Milledgeville OBGYN for 37 years! She has played many roles over the years and currently is the office manager. While this can be a challenging job, Kim does her work efficiently and keeps the office running smoothly.

When not at work, Kim is an active member of her church, loves spending time with her family, and especially loves her “fur babies” Paisley, Piper, and Mia.

Thank you Kim for your many years of dedication to the office and this community. We love you and are thankful for you!

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women worldwide with more than 2.3 million new cases diagnosed in 2022. A woman’s lifetime risk of diagnosis is about 1 in 8. Due to early detection and improved treatments, breast cancer mortality rates have decreased significantly since the late 1980’s.

Early detection SAVES LIVES. Milledgeville OBGYN offers in house 3D mammography screening. Our providers also perform annual breast examinations at preventative check ups and education/guidance on how to preform at home self breast examinations. Make sure you are up to date on your mammogram and check up!
