This week has been hard! Next week will probably be harder. Lots of tears. Lots of gifts and cards. And lots of laughter with cards like this to lighten the mood! Today one patient told me how much she enjoyed chatting with another patient that she met while waiting. I told her that would probably be the experience with any of my patients that she might chat with because I am so very blessed with such wonderful people whom I really consider friends.

Dear Patients and Friends,
After much prayerful consideration and reflection, I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring from my chiropractic practice, effective November 15. This decision has not been made lightly, and I want you to understand the heartfelt reasons behind it.
Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to providing you with the highest level of care possible. Each of you has been more than just a patient to me - you have been individuals whose health, well-being, and stories have genuinely mattered to me. The level of emotional investment I bring to this work is something I’ve always seen as essential to truly helping people heal.
However, I have come to realize that this same depth of caring that has driven my practice has also demanded more of my emotional and spiritual energy than I can sustainably give while also being fully present for my family. As someone who has always believed in the importance of balance and wellness, I recognize that I must now apply these principles to my own life.
