Good Morning Parents! Many children will be needing physicals before the beginning of next school term. The school will require physical forms, EEDs( Ear, Eye, & Dental forms) and shot records. Please don’t wait until it’s time for school to start, go ahead and call us, 478-453-1020, to get scheduled so you can get in before they are due. We can also look to see if your child is up to date on their immunizations or not. Have a great day!!

Good morning!!! We have now created new ways to view and pay invoices. You can go to our web page and there is a Bill Pay button that will take you to the link to pay your bill and you can log in to your patient portal as well to pay by credit card. Have a great day!
