Mental health doesnโ€™t discriminate.
It can impact anyone at any time.

At least 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health crisis over the span of their lifetime and thatโ€™s why awareness, support, and real conversations matter.

This month and every month, letโ€™s continue to show up for one another, check in, and remind people that recovery is real.

May is .
Although we speak about Mental Health every single day here, and we encourage others to do the same, this month is important for us to raise awareness and speak up.

๐Ÿ’š 1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts
๐Ÿ’š 1 in 14 people self-harm
๐Ÿ’š 1 in 15 people attempt su***de.
๐Ÿ’š 1 in 5 young people (age 13-18) has or will develop a mental illness in their lifetime.
๐Ÿ’š Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide.
๐Ÿ’š Common signs of mental health issues include: extreme mood swings, changes in eating habits, excessive worrying or fear, problems concentrating, and avoiding friends or social activities.

Sending love to anyone who struggles every single day, not just throughout one month. We see you always! ๐Ÿ’š
