We are a state of the art Wellness studio that employs certified expert level teachers with many years of life and teaching experiences. Many of our senior teachers have studied under world renowned Yoga/Pilates masters and are here to help you establish a great Yoga/Pilates practice. Our onsite therapist have advanced degrees in the medical field and are here to provide you with the highest level

of care! We teach Bikram, Vinyasa, Hatha, & Yin Yoga as well as Inferno Pilates. We also offer Natural Medicine, Massage, and Physical Therapy. Our studio is like a spa, but has great high tech features such as FAR infrared heating technology - the same heat used in physical therapy - as well as UV air sanitation. Our studio has mirrors on three sides of the Yoga/Pilates room, private showers, lockers, and anything else you need to get started with your practice. We sell top quality Manduka mats, Yogitoes towels and cool yoga clothing. We also rent mats, towels and have filtered water on site. COME SWEAT WITH US!

Our beautiful, sweet, and talented Inferno Pilates Instructor, “Mighty” Maddie Ling, is graduating from Jasper County high school on Friday May 15th. Maddie will be moving to Macon in June and attending Kennesaw State University in the fall. We are excited for Maddie’s education journey and especially that she will continue to teach for us on the first Saturday of every month!

Our beautiful, talented, and sweet Inferno Pilates Teacher, Rachel Kempski is graduating from GCSU on Wednesday May 13th with a BS in Nursing degree. She has accepted a position in the labor and delivery department at Northside Forsyth. We are so excited for her journey in health, but will miss her amazing classes so much! Rachel will teach her last class on Monday, May 11 at 8:30 a.m. This class will be recorded for her Inferno Pilates certification & no weights will be utilized.

Please welcome our newest Inferno Pilates Teacher, Olivia Alvarez! Olivia has an Exercise Science degree from GCSU and plans to study Cardiovascular Technology at Central Ga Technical College next year. Olivia has a lot of fitness experience and will be a welcome addition to our teaching staff! Olivia will be teaching her first class on Friday, May 8th at 8:30 AM!

More About Olivia:

I’m originally from Savannah, Georgia, and I’ve been surrounded by sports and an active lifestyle for as long as I can remember. I went on to play volleyball at Georgia College, where I developed not only my athletic skills but also a deeper appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and movement. I graduated in May 2025 with my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, marking an exciting milestone in both my academic and personal journey.

About five years ago, I found my passion for the gym, which quickly grew into a love for fitness, nutrition, and personal training. I enjoy helping others feel stronger, more confident, and capable in their own bodies. Last year, I discovered Inferno Hot Pilates, and it completely changed the way I approach workouts. I love the combination of low-impact, high-intensity cardio and strength training—it’s challenging, energizing, and incredibly rewarding.

I’m especially interested in nutrition and plan to earn my nutrition certification to continue expanding my knowledge and better support others in their wellness journeys. My long-term goal is to attend school for cardiac ultrasound, combining my passion for health with a career in the medical field.

Most of all, I love connecting with people and creating an environment where everyone can get a great workout, have fun, and leave feeling their absolute best.

It’s election season and early voting is underway in Baldwin County, GA at the Baldwin County Annex on N. Columbia St. from 8:30 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday until May 15th. Election day is Tuesday, May 19th and the polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.. I was surprised to see so many candidates on the ballot, so I want to encourage everyone to start doing your research now. Please don’t vote blindly. This is an important primary election and we need to make sure that the most qualified candidates WIN! 🇺🇸🦅💪🏽
