We are a state of the art Wellness studio that employs certified expert level teachers with many years of life and teaching experiences. Many of our senior teachers have studied under world renowned Yoga/Pilates masters and are here to help you establish a great Yoga/Pilates practice. Our onsite therapist have advanced degrees in the medical field and are here to provide you with the highest level of care! We teach Bikram, Vinyasa, Hatha, & Yin Yoga as well as Inferno Pilates. We also offer Natural Medicine, Massage, and Physical Therapy. Our studio is like a spa, but has great high tech features such as FAR infrared heating technology - the same heat used in physical therapy - as well as UV air sanitation. Our studio has mirrors on three sides of the Yoga/Pilates room, private showers, lockers, and anything else you need to get started with your practice. We sell top quality Manduka mats, Yogitoes towels and cool yoga clothing. We also rent mats, towels and have filtered water on site. COME SWEAT WITH US!

JOSEPH ENCINIA has studied Yoga philosophy for 15 years and taught Hatha and Raja Yoga for 13 years. Joseph found Yoga after experiencing a heart attack, suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, tumors, and struggling with weight. The practice of Yoga has been his medicine, directly influencing his teaching approach to Yoga as a healing method.

Certified by Yoga College of India Teacher Training in 2007, he’s a 3-time National Champion, 2011 Male International Asana Champion, and served as the Board President of the USA Yoga Federation from 2013 - 2017. He’s also the founder of the Yoga Youth Movement, a 501 C3 Non-profit dedicated to inspiring the youth to be influential future leaders through the practice of Yoga and Meditation. His path had led him to teach in over 20 countries worldwide, offering yoga seminars, master classes, workshops, and retreats.

Juneteenth, National Independence Day, is a Federal Holiday in the United States commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. It is also often observed for celebrating African-American history, culture and progress.

Juneteenth is also known as: Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, Liberation Day, Emancipation Day & Black Independence Day
