Happy Thanksgiving, everybody! We are so grateful for everyone who has supported Mission Be throughout the year and years passed! We are especially grateful for our Mindful Educators, Legacy Council, Board, Advisory, Volunteers, Legal Team, Accountants, Bookeepers and of course, our Donors.

We truly can’t do this important work without you. We trained so many schools and teachers this year and we’re so grateful that we are able to do this because of our wonderful team and the support of our community and donors like you! A giant bow of gratitude and Happy Thanksgiving to all.

What a great week at Mission Be!

❤️A Mission Be volunteer taught at The Ronald McDonald’s house school at the Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital on the Stanford campus.

❤️Then I offered two complimentary workshop to physical education and health, teachers at Adelphi university.

❤️This morning, I taught a workshop at Harmony Heights Day School for Girls in Nassau County and trained about 50 teachers to teach short mindfulness practices to the girls that go there.

❤️Plus, our Mindful Educators, impacted hundreds of kids in classrooms on Long Island.

It is because of the support of this community that any of this was even possible, thank you to all of you who support Mission Be, we are grateful for you. ❤️🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

What a gift to see Marnie teaching our students at a local elementary school. She is teaching them the fly breath! I am so proud of our team of educators and and grateful that they are all so gifted.

This week Mission Be had the opportunity to teach at Adelphi. It was a wonderful experience training 200 physical education teachers. We are able to offer these services at no cost because of the people that support our charity. We are so grateful to be able to share these beautiful practices with 200 physical education and health teachers that will train more children and impact more lives.

It was also fun to bump into my friend Michael Hoffner who runs the Interfaith Center and has a beautiful, cool funky Mindful room there! Since I’m an Adelphi Alumni , I even bought a sweatshirt after class!
