3 Things I Learned in 2025
1. Everything happens all at once. The happy and the sad, the breakthroughs and the setbacks — they all coexist.
2. You're never as “done” as you think you are. Growth keeps unfolding, even when you think you’ve arrived.
3. Take the time to stop, breathe, and show up with integrity. Slow presence is a skill worth protecting.
