There have been some cases of measles in nearby Knox County. Take this opportunity to review your own vaccine record and make sure you and your family are up to date with your MMR vaccines. The vaccine is the best way to prevent the measles infection. Give our office a call to see if you or your child are due for a booster!

- Get active! Take a walk. Watch and do a chair yoga video.

-Eat healthy. Try a new recipe this week.

-Get enough sleep. Aim for 7 hours of quality rest.

-Get control of your cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar.
