Here are some helpful hints that were posted on Standard Process (one of our Whole Food All-Natural Supplement companies that we use)....

This is to help you ENJOY the holidays!!!!!

A quick reminder as we head deeper into the holiday season. A lot of us fall into that “I’ll start fresh in the New Year” mindset, but there are so many simple things you can do right now to support your health without adding stress or restriction.
For most people, the best place to start is with the foundations:
✨ Sleep
This doesn’t need to look like a long wind down routine. Even taking five quiet minutes before bed to reset can make a big difference.
✨ Stress Management
It doesn’t have to be a full meditation session. Think small: eucalyptus in your shower, listening to binaural beats while you cook, stepping outside for a minute of fresh air.
✨ Nutrition
No strict rules here, just begin your day with protein, aim for consistent protein throughout the day to keep blood sugar balanced, and include as much color on your plate as you can.
✨ Hydration
Such an easy one to overlook, especially this time of year. Keep a water bottle nearby so you're reminded to sip throughout the day.
✨ Movement
Doesn’t need to be a 30–60 minute workout. A walk, a stretch, or simply breaking up long periods of sitting counts.
Small steps compound, and you don’t have to “wait until January” to feel better. You can start with one simple thing today and build from there.

Keller Family Chiropractic, LLC is excited to welcome Kevin Bierly, DC to our staff! Dr. Bierly is a board-certified chiropractor with over 31 years of experience. Dr. Bierly brings expert knowledge, focused precision, and a results- driven approach to every patient he serves. A graduate from Logan College of Chiropractic, Dr. Bierly built and ran a successful practice in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky for more than two decades.

Specializing in hands-on, patient focused care, Dr. Bierly is passionate in helping patients achieve lasting results and better mobility through personalized chiropractic care.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Bierly enjoys physical fitness, martial arts, and spending time with his grown children and seven grandchildren. He and his wife, Bev, reside in Newark, Ohio.

Dr. Bierly will be available for appointments on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 and 1:30 to 5:30 PM. Dr. Keller will continue to see patients on Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursdays starting the week of Nov. 17, 2025. Please call 740-467-2486 to schedule your appointment today!
