Really read these two pics - they ring so true for me and for so many clients that I see. All of sudden, it seems, they can’t move in a certain way or do things they used to do. The key is to still move and not just say to yourself that since it hurts or it’s uncomfortable I’m not going to move. Your body will lose that mobility if you stop doing it.
