Began the last day of May with my Saturday morning treat teaching Yoga Foundations at and later taught a Yoga 101 Technique workshop at .

As a result of those two classes I reached a total of 2000.75 teaching hours since I first registered with the to achieve the credential of E-RYT 500!!! (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training). So many hours teaching, guiding, learning and growing. Here’s to the next 2000! 🤣
