I am a veteran, an educator, a wife, a mother of three children, and a licensed massage therapist. Health and wellness has been my passion from a very young age. I've always understood, STRUCTURE IS FUNCTION. Massage therapy is a wonderful way to promote well-being. My plight in life is to minimize the stress in the world, one body at a time.
