Are you team gas or team charcoal? We switched to charcoal a few years back just gives a mich better flavor!

Chicken on the grill on top of a fresh salad with some grilled onions and bell peppers!

Marinade chicken: olive oil, lime or lemon juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper!

I’m back!!! I am out of my winter hibrination! If you know me you know I hate winter!!🥶 so grateful it is warming up this week.its been too cold for too long.

Started back yesterday, meal prepping my lean protein and vegetables! Today, Earth Day 🌎 🌱 🌷 was a glorious day for a walk🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️🕶️🐝! We have a beautiful walking trail right at the end of my street!

The hardest part is getting started but I have one day down and day 2 started with a 3.31 mile walk! It’s time ⌚️ go get some movement!
