The best time to work out? The time you’ll actually do it.

Today that was 2:45am 🌅 Couldn’t sleep, so I trained.
Yesterday it was 8:30am because I knew the evening would get busy. Mondays? If I wait until after work, there’s a good chance it l doesn’t happen 😅

After 17 years as a personal trainer, the answer hasn’t changed. It’s not about the perfect time. It’s about the lowest friction time.

We’re big on functional training. No crazy box jumps, cartwheels, or ego-boosting flashing exercises. We focus on lunges, squats, and other proven movements that help you move better, feel stronger, and stay in shape for real life.
